   Use of the site is available only to persons who can legally enter into contracts under applicable laws. Persons who are “incompetent to contract” within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872, including un-discharged insolvents, are not eligible to use the site. 4. Reviews, Feedback & Submissions

   All reviews, comments, suggestions, and ideas submitted to NISM Gym (collectively, “Feedback”) become our property. By submitting Feedback, you grant NISM Gym a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such content for operational or promotional purposes without compensation.

   You agree not to post unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or harmful material, or any content containing software viruses, commercial solicitation, chain letters, or spam. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and agree to indemnify NISM Gym for any claims arising from your submissions.

   While NISM Gym strives to ensure accuracy in course descriptions, schedules, and pricing, errors may occur. In the event of an incorrect price or listing, we reserve the right to correct the information or cancel an order prior to confirmation or course access being granted.

   Upon successful purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the course content for your personal, non-commercial educational use during the access period specified at checkout. Sharing login credentials, reselling content, or public screening is prohibited.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

   NISM Gym provides educational services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee exam results, certification success, or professional outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NISM Gym shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or courses.
